Từ loại: Noun

Nghĩa tiếng Việt:
Giai đoạn nang trứng

Nghĩa tiếng Anh:
The follicular phase refers to the period in the estrous cycle when follicles in the ovary mature. It occurs after the luteal phase and ends with ovulation. During this phase, multiple follicles are stimulated by Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH), but usually only one or two dominant follicles reach maturation and release an egg or eggs. The follicular phase is also marked by an increase in estradiol, which is produced by the maturing follicles and induces estrous behavior, or "heat," and prepares the uterus for possible pregnancy. This phase plays a crucial role in the reproductive cycle and successful animal production, as it directly influences fertility and the timing of breeding.
